1. Create a shortcut of any folder that you want to add to send to menu.
2. Copy or cut the Shortcut.

3. Now open Run(Windows+R) and type “shell:sendto” without quote.
4. Press Enter or click Ok.(it will open Send to window).
5. Paste the shortcut here then close window.
6. Now see your Send to menu.
